When you use the conversion service, the HTML you submit is sent to our API and processed in memory. The converted template is returned to your WordPress site.
Conversion Quality Sampling. To find and fix bugs that affect conversion quality across all customers, we retain a small random sample (approximately 20%) of submitted HTML for up to 90 days. Samples are stored with the submitting site’s domain and timestamp only — we do not store your license key, email, or other identifying metadata alongside the HTML. Samples are accessible only to Internet Wizard Ltd engineering personnel and are used solely to improve conversion quality. We do not share samples with third parties and do not use them to train any model offered to third parties.
You can opt out at any time by unchecking “Share anonymous page data to improve conversion quality” in the Plugin’s Settings > License & Data page. Opting out takes effect on your next submission; samples already collected will still be deleted on the 90-day schedule. To request early deletion of samples from your domain, email [email protected] with the domain name — we will action the request within 30 days.
Full terms of the Sampling Program are set out in Section 9.4 of our Terms of Service. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the paid service you are using (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
