By accessing our website at aitoelementor.com, purchasing a subscription, installing the AI to Elementor WordPress plugin, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Cookies Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • “Service” means the AI to Elementor WordPress plugin, the conversion API, the website at aitoelementor.com, and all related documentation and support.
  • “Plugin” means the AI to Elementor WordPress plugin software installed on your WordPress site.
  • “API” means the remote conversion service that processes HTML and returns Elementor-compatible template data.
  • “License Key” means the unique alphanumeric code (format: HTE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) issued upon purchase that activates the Plugin.
  • “Conversion” means a single request to transform HTML input into an Elementor template via the API.
  • “Template” means the Elementor-compatible output generated by the conversion process.
  • “Subscription Period” means the annual billing cycle during which your License Key is valid.

3. Service Description

AI to Elementor is a software-as-a-service product consisting of:

  1. A WordPress plugin that provides a user interface for submitting HTML content;
  2. A cloud-based conversion API that parses HTML and CSS, maps elements to native Elementor widgets, and returns structured template data;
  3. An import mechanism that saves the converted template to the WordPress Elementor template library.

The Service converts HTML structures into native Elementor widgets (Heading, Text Editor, Button, Image, Container, etc.) with corresponding visual settings. The conversion is automated and best-effort; we do not guarantee pixel-perfect reproduction of every possible HTML input.

4. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a subscription.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during purchase.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your License Key and account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your License Key has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or License Key.

5. License Grant

5.1 Scope

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress domains specified in your subscription plan during the active Subscription Period.

5.2 Restrictions

This license does not permit you to:

  • Sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the Plugin or any portion thereof;
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Plugin;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin or the conversion API;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks;
  • Use the Plugin on more domains than your subscription plan permits;
  • Share your License Key with any third party not authorised under your subscription.

5.3 Domain Activation

Each License Key may be activated on the number of WordPress domains specified in your plan. Activation binds the key to the domain. You may deactivate a domain and reactivate on a different domain at any time via the Plugin settings or by contacting support.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

6.1 Fees

Subscription fees are as stated on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

6.2 Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before your renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account or by contacting support.

6.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription fees at any time. Price increases will be communicated via email at least 30 days before your next renewal date. If you purchased during a promotional or launch pricing period, your price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Any lapse in subscription forfeits promotional pricing.

6.5 Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over a 10-day period. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your License Key deactivated. You may resubscribe at the then-current price.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you shall not:

  • Use the Service to process, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Submit HTML containing malicious code, malware, viruses, trojans, or any code designed to damage or interfere with the operation of any software or hardware;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the API, other users’ accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Service;
  • Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our servers or networks;
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use;
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service, including license validation and rate limiting;
  • Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
  • Resell, white-label, or offer the conversion functionality as part of your own product or service without our written consent.

8. Fair Use and Rate Limits

  • Daily limit: 50 conversions per License Key per calendar day (UTC). The counter resets at midnight UTC.
  • File size limit: 5 MB maximum per HTML submission.
  • Request timeout: 120 seconds per conversion request.
  • Concurrent requests: Maximum 3 simultaneous conversion requests per License Key.

If you consistently require higher limits, contact us at [email protected] to discuss enterprise arrangements.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access for any account that we reasonably determine is engaged in abusive or excessive usage that degrades service quality for other users.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Plugin source code, API, conversion algorithms, website content, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Internet Wizard Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales and international treaties.

9.2 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your content. We claim no intellectual property rights over the HTML you submit or the Elementor templates generated from your HTML. The conversion process does not transfer any rights in your content to us.

9.3 Limited License to Process

By submitting HTML for conversion, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to (a) process that content to perform the conversion; and (b) retain a sample of submitted HTML under the conditions described in Section 9.4 for the purpose of improving the Service’s conversion quality. Except as described in Section 9.4, we do not retain your HTML content after processing.

9.4 Conversion Quality Sampling

To identify and fix conversion errors that affect all customers, we retain a small random sample of submitted HTML (the “Sampling Program“) on the following terms:

  • Scope: we retain up to approximately 20% of submitted HTML, selected at random.
  • Purpose: engineering analysis to identify conversion failure patterns and improve the Service. We do not use retained HTML to train any model offered to third parties, and we do not share retained HTML with third parties except as required to operate the Sampling Program.
  • What we store: the raw HTML you submitted, the domain of the WordPress site that submitted it, and the timestamp. We do not store your license key, email, or any other personally identifying metadata alongside the HTML sample.
  • Retention: samples are deleted no later than 90 days after collection.
  • Access: restricted to Internet Wizard Ltd engineering personnel.
  • Your right to opt out: you may opt out of the Sampling Program at any time by unchecking “Share anonymous page data to improve conversion quality” in the Plugin’s Settings > License & Data page. Opting out takes effect on your next submission and does not apply retroactively to samples already collected, which will still be deleted on the 90-day schedule above.
  • Erasure: you may request early deletion of any sample collected from your domain by emailing [email protected] with the domain name. We will delete matching samples within 30 days of the request.
  • Sensitive content: if the HTML you submit contains personal data, credentials, or other sensitive content, do not submit it. The Service is intended for converting publicly displayed marketing and landing pages.

Legal basis under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in improving the quality of the paid service you are using, balanced against the privacy protections set out above.

9.5 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service, we may use that feedback without obligation to you.

10. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

When you submit HTML for conversion, the content is transmitted to our API servers via encrypted HTTPS connection and processed in memory. The converted template is returned to your WordPress site. Except for the sampling described in Section 9.4, we do not retain the HTML content you submit after the conversion completes.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or depends on third-party software and services including but not limited to WordPress, Elementor, payment processors, and hosting infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of WordPress and Elementor is subject to their respective terms and licences.

12. Service Availability and Support

12.1 Uptime

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain API availability. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.

12.2 Offline Grace Period

The Plugin includes a 7-day offline grace period. If our API is temporarily unreachable, the Plugin will continue to function using cached license validation for up to 7 days. After 7 days without successful API contact, the Plugin will require reconnection.

12.3 Support

Support is provided via email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays). Support covers installation, licensing, and conversion issues. We do not provide general WordPress or Elementor support.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements;
  • Every HTML page will be converted with perfect visual fidelity;
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable;
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

The conversion engine produces best-effort output. Complex JavaScript applications, single-page applications (SPAs), canvas/WebGL elements, and certain CSS edge cases may require manual adjustment after conversion. Our published accuracy metrics (95.5% average pixel match) are based on our test suite and may not reflect results for all possible inputs.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERNET WIZARD LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
  • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  • NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT OR EXCLUDE OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY ENGLISH LAW.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Internet Wizard Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights;
  • Any HTML content you submit through the Service.

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current Subscription Period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

16.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms;
  • Your payment method fails and is not resolved within the grace period;
  • We reasonably believe your use of the Service is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to other users;
  • We are required to do so by law or a valid legal order.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your License Key is deactivated and the Plugin will cease performing conversions;
  • Elementor templates you have already created and imported remain on your WordPress site — we do not remove or alter your existing work;
  • Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), and 19 (Governing Law) survive termination.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (typographical corrections, formatting) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Internet Wizard Ltd with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

18.5 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or denial-of-service attacks.

18.6 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Internet Wizard Ltd.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

For EU consumers: you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
