Terms & Conditions

01.Reservation & Occupancy

Guest Registration

The number of guests must be clearly specified during the booking process. At least one guest must provide a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

Reservation & Guest Identification

During the booking process, the person making the reservation (who will be held responsible for the party) is required to provide the following:

Full Name & Surname
Passport Number (for international visitors) or VAT Number / AFM (for Greek residents)
Full Residential Address

Maximum Capacity

No more than 7 guests are permitted for overnight stays unless previously agreed in writing.

Visitor Policy

The entry of additional visitors beyond those registered in the booking is strictly prohibited. Should you wish to invite guests during your stay, a formal request must be submitted and approved during the booking process.

Events & Small Gatherings

Guests may host small events in the villa’s garden (up to 15 external visitors) during non-quiet hours for a limited duration. External visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the villa’s interior. Events exceeding 15 visitors will incur additional charges.

02.Arrival & Departure

Check-in: After 15:30
Check-out: Before 11:00

A brief inspection of the villa will take place 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure everything is in order.

03.Villa Care & Conduct

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas (terraces, garden, patio), using the ashtrays provided and complying with fire safety precautions.

House Fixtures

Our villa is furnished with unique artwork and premium equipment. We kindly ask you to treat the premises with care. Any significant damage or loss of items will be the responsibility of the guest.

Energy Care

We kindly ask you to turn off the Air Conditioning when you are not inside the villa to support our sustainability efforts.

04.Safety & Responsibility

Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially near the pool.
Swimming Pool: Use of the pool is at the guests’ own responsibility. Please shower before entering, especially if using sunscreen or oils, to maintain water quality. For safety, please avoid using glass objects or eating in the pool area.
Security: Guests are responsible for keeping all windows and doors locked during their stay. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

05.General Rules

Quiet Hours: In accordance with Greek law, please maintain silence during 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
Pets: Pets are not permitted within the Renko Royal Villa premises.
Maintenance: In the unlikely event of a technical issue, please notify us immediately for a swift resolution.

06.Use of BBQ & Fire Safety

BBQ Facilities: The BBQ area is fully available for guests as part of the villa’s amenities.
Fire Prevention: In accordance with Greek Legislation and Fire Department regulations, lighting outdoor fires is strictly prohibited during days of extreme heat or high winds (high-risk fire days as announced by Civil Protection).
Safety Protocol: During the summer months, we kindly ask our guests to contact us before using the BBQ. We will provide you with the latest weather updates and safety guidelines.
General Caution: Please never leave the BBQ unattended while in use and ensure all coals are fully extinguished after cooking.
No Open Flames: For the protection of the property and the surrounding natural environment, lighting fires anywhere on the villa’s premises is strictly prohibited.
Decorative Candles: Any candles provided within the villa are strictly for decorative purposes only. Guests are kindly requested not to light any candles, either indoors or outdoors. During the summer months, the surrounding vegetation can be extremely dry and highly flammable.

07.Limitation of Liability

Guest Safety: The villa management company and the property owners shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur to guests or their visitors during their stay on the premises.

Assumption of Risk: Guests use all villa facilities (including but not limited to the swimming pool, garden, BBQ, and indoor areas) at their own risk. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any minors in their party.

08.Security & Surveillance (CCTV)

Safety Monitoring: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, the villa is equipped with external surveillance cameras monitoring the entrances and the garden area only.
Privacy Assurance: No cameras are located inside the villa. The management respects your privacy and does not actively monitor the footage during your stay, unless there is a suspicion of policy violation or an emergency.
Evidence of Violation: Footage may be used as evidence in case of disputes regarding the number of guests or damage to the property.

09.Agreement & Compliance

Policy Violations: Guests who violate property policies or repeatedly disturb the peace will be required to vacate the premises immediately. In such cases, the property owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund, and the guest will be liable for the total amount of the booked stay.
Acceptance of Terms: By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules and regulations of Renko Royal Villa.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes that cannot be settled mutually will be resolved through legal proceedings or local authorities.
Complaints: Any complaints or concerns should be reported immediately during your stay. Complaints made after your departure cannot be taken into consideration for compensation or resolution.
