1. Overview
Internet Wizard Ltd (“we”, “us”) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all AI to Elementor subscriptions. We want you to be fully satisfied with our Service. If it does not meet your expectations, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Initial Purchase — 30-Day Guarantee
2.1 Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. This applies to all subscription plans.
2.2 No Conditions
You do not need to provide a reason. You do not need to demonstrate a fault. You do not need to prove you tried the Service. Simply contact us and request a refund.
2.3 What You Keep
Any Elementor templates you created and imported during your subscription remain on your WordPress site. We do not remove, deactivate, or alter work you have already completed. The refund applies to future access only.
3. Renewal Refunds
3.1 Unintended Renewals
If your subscription auto-renewed and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge for a full refund of the renewal amount.
3.2 Renewal Reminders
We send email reminders at least 7 days before your renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time before renewal through your account or by contacting support.
4. Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased at promotional or discounted rates (including launch pricing) are subject to the same 30-day guarantee. If you receive a refund for a promotional subscription and later resubscribe, the then-current standard pricing will apply.

6. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- The email address used during purchase, or
- Your License Key (format: HTE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
That is the entire process. No forms, no phone calls, no multi-step procedures.
7. Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your refund request within 1 business day.
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of acknowledgement.
- Funds arrival: Depending on your payment provider and bank, funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing. This timeline is controlled by your bank, not by us.
8. After Your Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your License Key will be deactivated;
- The Plugin will no longer perform new conversions;
- Existing templates on your WordPress site are unaffected and remain fully editable;
- Your account information is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and contest the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us first — we process refunds quickly and without friction.
10. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts that demonstrate a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour (e.g., purchasing, performing bulk conversions, and immediately requesting a refund). This provision exists to protect legitimate customers and the sustainability of the Service.
11. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day statutory cooling-off period for online purchases.
Our 30-day guarantee exceeds the statutory 14-day requirement. Where our policy and statutory rights overlap, the more favourable provision applies to you.
